Dr. Deepali Kacker is a seasoned management consultant and corporate trainer with over 28 years of experience.

Dr. Kacker holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour and is a Gold Medallist in Business Administration from Jaipuria Institute of Management. She has been associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management since 1997, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty. Her teaching areas include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Change. Dr. Kacker has also taught liberal arts courses in Happiness and Positive Psychology, empowering students to cultivate well-being and resilience. She also provides pre- placement training, equipping students with essential skills to succeed in their professional endeavours.

Dr. Deepali Kacker is a counselling psychologist offering guidance and support. She provides therapy to individuals struggling with behavioural problems and relationship issues. Dr. Kacker empowers clients to unlock their potential and enrich their quality of life and relationship. Her counselling services promote personal and professional growth.

As a corporate trainer, she has worked with various private and public sector organizations, including NABARD, Power Grid, Airport Authority of India, IOCL, NTPC, BPCL, Indian Bank and TCS to name a few. Her expertise lies in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership development, team building, constructive feedback, stress management, problem-solving, and change management.

In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Kacker has conducted awareness and sensitization programs on sexual harassment of women at workplace. She also serves as an external member of internal committees (IC) for reputed organizations, under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
